You need to sell any one of the qualifying products from the list below in order to be able to make a claim for the sale. Remember only shop floor sales can be claimed. Online sales are excluded from the promotion. - If I sell more than one qualifying product in the same transaction can I claim rewards credit for each additional product?
Yes you can, provided that they are on the qualifying list of products. - How can I claim rewards credit?
Simply enter your receipt number and the name and address of the customer when you record the sale on your online Rewards account. You cannot claim for products that are not included as part of this scheme. Samsung Head Office has a record of all Samsung products sold into your store and our order system checks all invoices to verify the Samsung TV packages sold by your store. - When does the Samsung Rewards incentive scheme close?
The current scheme will run from 25th December 2012 to midnight on 31st March 2013. - Will Samsung Rewards run on other Samsung products in the future?
Yes this is something that we are looking into and we will email you with the next promotion. - Do I have to pay income tax on the rewards credit?
Samsung will be covering all tax relating to the Samsung Rewards scheme. - How do you know if my claim is valid?
Samsung checks all invoices issued by your store to verify that a qualifying Samsung product has been sold. - Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make?
No. As long as you sell a Samsung qualifying product from the list, you can claim for every sale that you make up until midnight on 31st March 2013. - When will I receive my rewards credit?
All claims are processed at the end of each month. You will receive your rewards credit within the first week of the following month. - How will I receive my rewards credit?
You will be sent a Love2Shop gift card by post. This will be topped up remotely during the first week of the month after your claim has been made. Please hold onto your Love2shop card as this is your individual gift card for all future claims. - Can I claim the cash equivalent?
Unfortunately, no. You can only claim your reward in Love2shop card credit - but they are valid in 19,000 outlets across the UK. - Why is Samsung running this scheme?
