Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited – CIH Euronics Rewards Plus Scheme

  • Thank you for visiting samsungrewardseuronics.co.uk (the "Website"). The following terms and conditions apply to the operation of Samsung Plus (the "Promotion") which should be read in accordance with our website terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion is open to employees of participating retailers who have signed up to theSamsung Plus scheme and are resident within the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over only.
  • The Promotion is only valid for sales made within a retail outlet - any sales made via a retailer's internet site are not valid. Samsung will check every claim to verify sales are made via the shop floor.
  • Employees must gain permission from their employer before participating in the Promotion.
  • Samsung reserve the right to pool the reward claims of specific accounts and supply them in bulk each month to the accounts' head office. The head office of the accounts that pool the claims will inform their sales staff.
  • Internet access is required as the Promotion can only be entered online. Participants will need to provide a valid e-mail address for contact purposes in order to take part.
  • The promotion is open from 25th December 2012 to midnight on 31st March 2013 (the "Closing Date"). No claims submitted after this date will be valid.
  • To take part in the Promotion, participants will need to visit the Website to open an online account by providing details including employer details, their name, home address, e-mail address and telephone numbers and create a password. Provided all relevant details have been submitted and participants are employed by a participating retailer, an e-mail will be sent confirming successful registration.
  • After successful registration, each participant can claim rewards worth a specified value for each qualifying product sold between 25th December 2012 to midnight on 31st March. Please see the Rewards section for a list of qualifying products.
  • The Promotion does not apply to sales of any products other than the following products: UE75ES9000, UE65ES8000, UE55ES8000, UE46ES8000, UE40ES8000, UE55ES7000, UE46ES7000, UE40ES7000, HW-E450, HW-E551.
  • To claim rewards, participants are required to log in to their online account using their e-mail address and password and enter the receipt number relevant to the transaction and the name and address of the customer. Receipt numbers will be verified and may only be used once by one participant per transaction.
  • Participants must submit their own claims and must not transfer receipt number details to any third party to submit on their behalf.
  • Rewards credit can be claimed at the end of each month until the Closing Date via participants' online accounts. Upon approval of a claim, a confirmation email will be sent. Reward credit will be loaded onto Love2shop cards in the first week of each month following successful verification of claims at the end of the previous month.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • Any terms and conditions printed on card holder issued apply in addition to these terms including dates by which reward credit must be used.
  • Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (the "Promoter") reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward credit if it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity or if claims have not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any claims found to have been made fraudulently will be revoked.

  • By entering into this Promotion you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be retained by the Promoter and its agent for the duration and purposes of running this Promotion.
  • By taking part in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Promotion terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion terms and conditions are governed by English law.
